April 14-Oct. 31 - 75th ANNIVERSARY Season at GARDEN IN THE WOODS Trails Open and Plant Sales Begin at 180 Hemenway Road, Framingham.  NEW TOUR HOURS: Tours included with admission, weekdays at 10 a.m. and weekends at 2 pm.  Open rain or shine daily 9-7.

May 19-Oct 31 “ART GOES WILD: INNOVATION WITH NATIVE PLANTS."  Site-specific art installation by the great W. Gary  Smith, celebrating 75 years at Garden in the Woods.

 

Aug 26 (Sun) ART GOES WILD MEADOW MADNESS 12-4 at Garden in the Woods. A  family celebration of butterflies, bees, and beautiful blooms. Enjoy a peaceful but ‘Wild’ family day in our magnificent meadow.  No reservations required.

FALL PLANTING SEASON. Fall is an ideal time to plant trees and shrubs. Check our plant list. Thanks to your wonderful support we announce EXPANDED new fall hours at Nasami Farm Nursery:   Sept 6-Oct 7, open Thursday-Sunday, 9-5, rain or shine. Plant sales at Nasami Farm, 128 North Street, Whately, MA.  413-397-9922.

Sep 9, 16, 23 FREE SEMINARS on Sundays at Nasami Farm at 1 p.m. Become a better gardener with inspiration from native plants.  Seminars given rain or shine. No reservations required.  128 North Street, Whately, MA 413-397-9944.

Sep 15 ART GOES WILD GARDENER'S FESTIVAL at the Garden 10-3 p.m. Choice plants for sale, nursery demos, free consultations and family learning activities.

Oct 14 (Sun) FALL FAMILY FESTIVAL at Garden in the Woods 12-4 Celebrate the season with crafts, shows, scavenger hunts and the height of berry, seed, and foliage season.  Come and meet surprise creatures and enjoy the outdoors. See the “Art Goes Wild” exhibition during the fruit and berry season.
