False Chamomile - False Aster -(Boltonia asteroides var. Snowbank)
Boltonia asteroides

A very showy late summer, early fall flower. At its peak, Boltonia is covered with white daisy-like flowers with yellow centers. It can handle part shade through full sun and prefers moist soil. It can reach 4' in height. Quite at home in the perennial garden, it also naturalizes beautifully in meadows. The plant is a magnet for butterflies.

Bloom time:Late September through October
